The façade features clean, Scandinavian-disciplined forms with a Roman accent: long, narrow tiles that play with light as if Rome had sent a piece of its elegance to the North. Instead of the 1,111 planned plants, we planted more than 3,000 — as if nature itself had asked for another chance to grow brighter, denser, more generously: “Add more, I can hold it.” Here, the homes don’t just stand — they create their own little forest of life.
